2.1 Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- If we cancel the consultation and no suitable rescheduling date can be agreed upon within 14 days.
- If you cancel your booking in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- If technical issues on our end (e.g., server failure, unavailability of consultant) prevent the session from taking place and we cannot offer a suitable alternative.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- No-shows or late arrivals of more than 10 minutes without prior notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- Dissatisfaction with the advice, opinion, or outcome of the consultation, unless due to proven professional misconduct or negligence on our part.
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client that significantly affects the quality of the assessment.
- Failure to have a stable internet connection, functioning audio/video, or a quiet environment during the online session.
2.3 Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please send an email to the contact address listed on our website. Your email should include:
- Full name and email address used for booking
- Date and time of the consultation
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documents (e.g., proof of emergency)
Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that transaction or processing fees deducted by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable.
2.4 Special Considerations
In exceptional cases, we may grant:
- Partial refunds (e.g., technical disruptions not caused by us but affecting the session)
- Rescheduling of the session free of charge (e.g., emergencies or technical failures beyond the client's control)
- Credit notes for future services instead of monetary refunds
All such cases are evaluated individually and at our sole discretion.
2.5 Multiple Bookings or Package Deals
For clients who have booked multiple sessions or purchased a package deal:
- Refunds for unused sessions are possible if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session.
- Once the first session is used, only the unused portion of the package may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
- Discounts applied to the package may be recalculated based on used services.
Important: We do not offer refunds for partially used packages after 30 calendar days from the first consultation date.
